Yes this carpark is rented for $165 per calender month + GST. The current annual fees are $77.50 including GST per quarter. There is also waterways and Drainage charge of behalf of Melbourne Water of $22.04 approx per quarter. The Boroondara Council Rates is $34.10 per year. These outgoings are paid by the owner. The tenant is keen to stay on as he works in the building itself. We also have available a vacant lot if you are look to purchase for yourself.
