Garage is currently not for Sale as I still need it for some more months.

Hi, I am curious and interested in the parking spot for sale. I need to try get short term finance for it, as I have money tied up in a building project right now for about next 3-6months. I have asked a broker to look into options for me. What is the best price you would sell this for? I am prepared to even consider an option of perhaps a lower adjusted amount and let you use it for a period where no rent is payable to cover that lower purchase price...therefore making my finance needs less and saving you the rental. My email is included, so let me know your views and best price on this.

Hey, Just enquiring about the lockup garage for 25 Berry St, is this still for sale? Is the garage on a separate title to the unit? I would mainly be using the garage for storage, are there any strata by-laws for the apartment complex against this? If not sure please Email me a copy of the starts by-laws and I'll have a read. Any chance you could Email me a few photos if possible? Thanks. Cheers, Paul.

This is not a lock up garage. Only the entrance to the parking garage itself is a roller door.
