About this parking space
Car Spaces Sydney manages hundreds of car spaces across Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs. We have a mix of spaces in private, residential buildings (some are LUG, some offer access to leisure facilities such as pool, gym and shower) and also in commercial public car parks. But ALL our spaces offer 24/7 use with no restrictions on entry/exit times, how many times you come and go, or how long you stay. As well as the spaces we currently have on our books, we can usually source spaces in specific buildings or locations on request - so if our advertised spaces aren't suitable, give us a call anyway to discuss your requirements.
We offer the most generous terms in Sydney - no lease or contract, no minimum term, no bond required, no notice needed to end the arrangement, and YOU choose whether to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly for your space. We provide tax invoices and just ask that you pay in on time and in advance. When you want to stop using your space, simply return the swipe key or pass to us, and we'll refund you in full for any days you've prepaid beyond that day. No questions asked. How can we afford to do that? Well, quite simply, demand for parking in Sydney far outstrips supply - so we know we'll fill your space again with a day or two without any problem - so we don't need any notice at all!

An unlimited pass to the Wilson public car park at Market St, with convenient entries and exits on both Kent St and Sussex St to navigate the one-way system.
2 Market St - $115pw plus GST
Just next door to the space listed above, this is an unlimited pass to the Secure Parking public car park - it's slightly cheaper because it only has an entry/exit on Sussex St - so not quite as convenient.
521 Kent St - $75pw plus GST
The best value parking in Sydney CBD - right by Town Hall at Bathurst St, with entries/exits on both Kent St and Sussex St, an unlimited parking pass.
World Square - $89pw plus GST
A private allocated space with remote controlled pop-up bollard, on Level 6 (nearest to Ground) at World Square - enter from either Pitt or Goulburn St, and exit onto Goulburn St.
398 Pitt St - $79pw plus GST
Right behind World Square on the corner of Pitt and Goulburn Streets, this is a Lock Up Garage in a private residential building, which also gives access to pool, gym, sauna, spa and showers! Great value!
107 Quay St - $69pw plus GST
A private, allocated space in a residential building on the corner of Quay St and George St, next to Central Station. Offers free use of pool, gym, showers, spa and sauna.
59 Regent St - $69pw plus GST
Private, allocated space in a private residential building on the corner of Regent St and Lee St - just behind Central Station on the edge of Chippendale.
2 Wilton St - Surry Hills - $74pw plus GST
Multiple spaces available in a private residential building in the heart of Surry Hills on the corner of Wilton St and Belvoir St - 1 min to Elizabeth St, 5 mins to Holt St, Crown St and/or Central Station.
Access Description
Access to all our spaces is via swipe key or access card, for which we take a fully refundable $100 deposit. All our spaces offer 24/7 access with no restrictions at all on entries/exits or duration of stay.
