Body corporate fees are very realistic at $261 per quarter and Brisbane City Council are also realistic at $323 per quarter. Rental rates did decline somewhat during Covid but the proposed rent for our next tenant is $300 per month plus GST HI I am interested in same and ask if you have any further details of income/outgoings. I am able to purchase with cash through the right methods almost immediately. Is there an agent handling this or is it a private sale

The only outgoings are the body corporate fees and Brisbane City Council rates as above. Current rental income is $A300 incl GST per month. This is a private sale - no real estate agent commissions or such.
